Kuyua

Kuyua is a complex web platform that helps companies understand nature and climate-related risks and translate them into financial insights. Starting in 2024, we led the evolution of their brand and digital product across strategy, UI/UX, and product design.

We rebuilt the brand identity and created a scalable design system to support a 100+ page web application — ensuring consistency across a highly data-driven, technical product. From dashboards to deep-dive location pages, we restructured complex information into clear, usable interfaces with a strong focus on risk visualization and decision-making flows.

As the product evolved, we worked closely with stakeholders to shift its positioning — from a compliance tool to a platform that speaks the language of financial risk and business impact. This meant redefining user journeys, simplifying technical concepts, and aligning both the product and the marketing website around a sharper value proposition.
